Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
